Green Pepper, Red Tomato is built on an ethos of old-fashioned Italian hospitality, and our mission is to bring the best quality, locally sourced ingredients to the festival circuit.
Our passion for freshly cooked-to-order pizza and homemade pasta dishes, made from scratch at every venue, has been winning us fans since 2004. It’s this simple concept of fairly priced great food, cooked fresh, that’s allowed us to grow the business, and we can now be found at many of the major music festivals around the UK and Ireland.
Founder Massimo Nucaro brings 20 years’ industry experience to Green Pepper Red Tomato, which is now run day-to-day by his trusted team, Lisa, Talant, Aaron and Ed.
