This is our must popular unit. We have two of these units and they have been serving the festival circuit for the last decade. We offer truly delicious pasta dishes using DE CECCO PASTA, the best in the market (ask any italian about it). our dough is made fresh on site in the most traditional way. The dough has risen for at least 12 hours in the fridge. Then served topped with 100% organic tomato sauce, 100% milk mozzarella, and quality toppings. Our goal is to produce the best pizza in the country.
